We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seiko timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in original, unworn condition. Please ensure all original packaging, manuals, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your watch in its original Seiko presentation box and place it inside a secure shipping carton with the completed return form.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our service center verifies the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
